It has been brought to my attention that fraudulant purchases
were made on my credit card at your store. I am trying to
determine if the criminals opened an account in my name, or husband's (Roy Steens). I'm
sorry to inconvenience your offices,
but I like to keep things clear and above-board. Thank you for
your assistance in this matter.
